Delivery
We use Royal Mail to dispatch the majority of our order as they are the most reliable and widespread courier service available within the UK.
We offer the following three options depending on the urgency with which your order is needed.
Standard (3-5 Working Days)
Commonly referred to as ‘Second Class’ this service is the cheapest option but can take a little longer to arrive.
Faster (1-3 Working Days)
This is the ‘First Class’ option, while a little more expensive normally arrives in 2 days
Express (Next Day)
This is Royal Mails ‘Special Delivery’ the most expensive postage option, but postage is guaranteed next day by 13:00 and is fully tracked.
Large/Heavy Orders
If you are ordering a few things from us that turn out to be too heavy for the regular Royal Mail Services, we will use DHL Express courier to send your order. This service is also fully tracked.
We try to create your gifts as fast as possible, sometimes there are delays; we would ask that you give us 1-2 days (depending on placement time of order) for your order to be prepped and shipped.
