Create Gifts: Returns Policy

At Create Gifts, we take great pride in supplying high-quality, personalised items and we aim to ensure every customer has a positive experience with us. However, if there is an issue with your order, then please contact us, as we are here to help.

Issues with Your Order

You will be sent a proof of your personalisation request for approval, before we print or engrave. Once you have approved the proof,  your order will be processed. We then cannot offer a refund or cancel your order if the product has been personalised, even if the item has been misspelt or you have had a change of heart.

If your item is faulty or has been damaged during delivery, then please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at giftware@accessemployment.co.uk.

Returning an Item

We’ll do our best to fix any issues and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you believe there is an issue with your item.

Cancelling an Order

If you need to cancel your order, please notify us by email at giftware@accessemployment.co.uk and we will try and accommodate your request.

However, if you have approved your personalisation proof and your order has already been processed then unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order.
